I am registered as a clinical psychologist in New Zealand after graduating in 2002 with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology, and a Master of Arts with 1st class honours in 2001. I am a member of the New Zealand Psychological Society.
My own life experiences as well as my work with clients has taught me that it is possible to make significant changes in how we cope with life's challenges. This can lead to a more meaningful and fulfilled life, without the unnecessary suffering caused by struggling with the things that can't be changed. The ideas and approaches that I use in working with my clients are taken from research, but are the same that I use to manage my own life.
